About the role
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our Project & Hypercare team. In this crucial role, you will support our Change Management team, focusing on people and behavior to drive adoption and successful implementation.

As a Change Management Consultant, you will collaborate across [xxxxx] and with our clients, applying a holistic approach to identify necessary activities for specific projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders to structure, plan, and execute these activities, ensuring they are effectively actioned and aligned with project goals.

As a Change Management Consultant, you’ll be:

  • Supporting change strategies, ensuring projects are set up for success.
  • Executing change management activities, including communication packages, concept visualizations, training sessions, and user engagement initiatives.
  • Assessing and prioritizing stakeholder management activities, including analyzing impact and gaps.
  • Coordinating detailed change impact assessments, ensuring thorough evaluations to support effective change implementation.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Possess a degree in a relevant field e.g., Communication, Change Management or related.
  • +5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in project and stakeholder management, as well as in crafting and executing training and development programs at both strategic and operational levels within an international organization.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and practical application of change management principles.
